Tin Roof Cafe has been part of the Erin community since 2015. What began as a dream between two coffee-loving twenty-somethings has grown into a gathering place where friends reconnect, families celebrate milestones, and neighbours feel at home.
Every day, our team brews locally roasted coffee, bakes from scratch, and serves simple, thoughtful food made with care. Whether you're stopping in for your morning latte, meeting a friend for lunch, or picking up treats for a special occasion, we're grateful to be a small part of your day.
Over the years, Tin Roof has become more than just a café to us — it's become a community we are proud to be part of.
Rachel and Brady first met while working at the coffee shop that once occupied the space where Tin Roof stands today. Long before they owned a café, they shared a love of coffee, good food, and the sense of connection that comes from gathering around a table.
When that café eventually closed, the idea for Tin Roof began to take shape. Countless conversations, recipe tests, and cups of coffee later, they opened the doors in August 2015 with a simple goal: create the kind of place they would want to visit themselves.
While much has changed over the years, our values remain the same. We believe in baking from scratch, supporting local whenever possible, and creating meaningful connections through food, coffee, and community.
More than a decade later, what began as a dream between two people has grown into something far bigger than we ever imagined—and we're grateful to share it with an incredible team and community every day.
